About 18 months ago, I helped one of my clients recruit an admin from a very large pool of candidates. He has been extremely happy with her and I have worked with her as well on many occasions and think she is very good. Unfortunately, he is fighting cancer and will not be in a position to keep her busy again for a while, if ever, so she is now looking for work. Below is a brief bio. The first ten years of my working career was spent working as a secretary/paralegal in law offices. After that, I worked as an executive assistant in a large company (EMC). I supported executive and senior vice presidents in the global customer service department and the sales department. Over the several years, I have worked as a virtual administrative assistant supporting business owners on a part-time basis. I do everything from drafting and sending correspondence to paying bills to filing. I also do research, make travel arrangements, prepare expense reports, transcribe complex court documents from tape or disk, answer phones and provide customer service related services, The majority of the work is done from my home in my well-equipped home office.

I am currently looking for a part-time administrative position working between 15 and 25 hours a week from home with one day a week (more if needed) at the primary location.
