I'd like to poll the group on how law firms, of any size, deal with vacation, sick and personal time. Some of the legal practices I work with follow the "corporate" model of giving 10 days of vacation, sick and personal time, others give 10 days of vacation plus 4 days of sick time and 2 personal days.

So question #1 is: Do you pool vacation, sick and personal time?

Question #2 is: Do you allow employees/staff to roll-over vacation time? Sick time? or Personal Days?

Question #3 is: How many days do you provide for vacation, sick and personal days?
