> Attendees will receive an MCLE looseleaf manual, covering each of the types of contracts to be addressed in the seminar and several more, and various speaker handouts.
> Faculty are Anne Hulecki, Chair, on commercial contracts; Jane Rogers of Ropes & Gray on financing agreements; Anthony Rizzotti of Littler Mendelson on employment agreements; and Business Lawyers Network own Ralph Bakkensen on software licensing.
