The program will help lawyers to improve office productivity and will specifically address:
1. How to increase the retention rate of competent employees.
2. How to develop a number 10 working relationship between staff members and between the boss and the staff.
3. How to reduce gossip in the law office.
4. How to increase productivity for all employees.
Will Calmas of Calmas Associates will explain his "Key" concept for resolving these interpersonal relationship issues.
Dr. Calmas earned his MBA from the University of Michigan and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Boston University. In 1984 he founded Calmas Associates specializing in conflict resolution and coaching programs designed to increase productivity and decrease staff turnover.
