Jack is a Managing Director at TechCap Advisors, Inc., a NASD-member investment bank that provide M&A and private placement advisory services to technology companies (primarily in the software industry). Prior to founding TechCap, Jack was principal in the Boston office of Bank of America Securities, LLC ("BAS"). Before joining BAS, Jack executed transactions as part of IBM's corporate M&A team. Prior to IBM, Jack was an attorney, working both as in-house counsel for a Colorado-based oil and gas company management firm and in private practice in Denver.
