Collaboration Committee 07/30/08 Meeting Follow Up

Thanks for a great meeting on Wednesday. Some wonderful ideas were presented. Lots of good energy. Here is the follow up: 1. I have the images of the sheets and I will prepare a summary for everyone. I will not only summarize each topic, but will also pull out common threads. 2. Once we have this, Roger, John and I will discuss putting forth some action items and goals that others can help us with. We’ll want all of your input on this. The key is to stay focused and not bite off more than anyone can swallow. Everyone is busy and we are mindful of that. 3. As a way to help move Lexpertise forward, I would ask two things of each of you. A. Please complete your profile on Lexpertise with as much information as possible, including a picture if you have one. I’d also encourage you to sign up for the Collaboration Forum so you can see threads going forward. I will be posting this email to that section. If everyone could do this by August 8, that would be great. B. Do your best to log on to Lexpertise at least once a week going forward. One way to make that happen is to put a reminder to yourself in your Outlook with an alarm. I do that with meetings, calls, weekly/monthly recurring items, etc. and it works really well. If everyone in this group would do these two things, that alone will help to move things forward for everyone. That’s it for now. Have a great weekend. Email me any follow up thoughts that you have.
