2009 MA Tax Amnesty Program

We want to inform our friends at Lexpertise of a Massachusetts Tax Amnesty Program that will be announced by the MA DOR in early 2009. This program will allow for penalties to be waived for a two month period on the payment of certain Massachusetts taxes.
