Seeking Shared Office Space (Cambridge, Boston, Waltham, Lexington, Wellesley, Newton, Burlington, Woburn)
Posted July 21st, 2010 by Roger Glovsky
We are in the process of exploring new office space for our firm, Indigo Venture Law Offices. As many of you know, our firm has taken an innovative approach to packaging legal services and we have recently formed "of counsel" relationships with other attorneys.
As part of our new business model, we plan to have multiple locations with shared office arrangements. The idea is to have many small offices which are located closer to our clients rather than one centralized location.
We are planning to relocate our main office to Cambridge, ideally in one of the newer office parks near Alewife. We would also like to have shared office arrangements in Boston and various suburbs near our high-tech clients (e.g., Waltham, Lexington, Wellesley, Newton, Burlington, Woburn, etc.).
We have moved virtually all of our operations "into the cloud," which gives us the flexibility to work anywhere as long as we have an Internet and a private office and/or conference room. Ideally, each location would be close to a major highway and have ample parking to facilitate access for both lawyers and clients. We have VOIP phones; so, we do not need phone lines or a receptionist.
A sublease from an existing business might work the best, if the rent is reasonable. Since we are looking for space in multiple locations, cost is a factor. If you have office space or suggestions for shared office arrangements, we would appreciate hearing about it.

Thanks!
