Sharing legal knowledge!
Sharing information is part of the BLN's mission intended to foster collaboration among lawyers and other professionals.
As many of you know, I recently drafted a Choice of Entity chart (with the help of several BLN members) to assist clients in deciding what type of business organization they should select.
You can find the COE chart at http://www.lexpertise.net/coechart.
Why share information?

Collaboration Committee
The idea for this committee was suggested by Ralph Bakkenson at the December BLN meeting. This forum is for organizing a committee of BLN members interested working collaboratively and setting up an initial project. Any one interested in joining this committee should post ideas here and join the "BLN Collaboration Group".
