For over 18 years, I have represented individuals, businesses, governmental agencies and organizations in civil litigation in state and federal trial and appellate courts and administrative proceedings, as well as alternative dispute resolution. Big firm experience at Ropes & Gray conducting complex litigation, combined with individualized attention to clients' needs that a small firm can provide, ensure proactive, efficient, and effective representation in resolving legal disputes, at reasonable rates.

Our firm deals exclusively in import/export law which allows us to be very familiar with the issues and how to handle them on a practical basis. In addition, the attorneys in the firm have all either worked for the Customs Service or as a customshouse broker again providing a very practical hands on experience to the issues involved.
