Short Biography:
Jessica Foley is an experienced trial attorney concentrating her practice in family law, personal injury and criminal defense. Ms. Foley is a former Assistant District Attorney in Plymouth County where she prosecuted felonies and misdemeanors from arraignment through trial and has represented the Commonwealth in the Massachusetts Appeals Court from 2001 until 2005.
In handling Divorces, Custody Issues and Personal Injury cases Ms. Foley works closely with her clients to help them achieve their goals as a litigator and mediator. Attorney Foley graduated from Northeastern University School of Law (J.D. 2001) and Smith College (B.A. Biochemistry 1997). She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and the United States District Court. She is a member of the Norfolk County Bar Association, the Quincy Bar Association and the Women’s Bar Association.
