Vanessa Schaefer is very active in several business networking groups, including LMA (Legal Marketing Association), SMPS (Society for Marketing Professional Services), SBANE (Small Business Association of New England), and Gotham Boston.

A native of Buffalo, New York, Bryce attended the Université Stendhal in Grenoble, France and received a B.S. in Business Administration from Babson College. He began his career at New England Financial and focuses on working with attorneys and medical professionals. An active alumnus of Babson College, he volunteers as a coordinating coach for the Coaching for Leadership and Teamwork Program (CLTP) and is a member of the Babson College President’s Society. Bryce is also a member of the Boston Bar Association and the Trusts and Estates Consortium of Boston. He is a member of American MENSA and enjoys the study of foreign languages as a hobby. Currently, he is fluent in French and Spanish, with basic proficiency in Japanese and Tibetan. He is a registered representative and is an Investment Adviser Representative of New England Securities, and holds securities licenses Series 6, 7, 63, and 65. Additionally, he is licensed to sell Life, Accident, and Health insurance in MA, NH, NY, OH and NM. Grew up in West Hartford CT, went to Suffield Acacemy followed by Union College (BS in clinical psychology), USNR two combat tours in Viet Nam followed by two years of marketing and advertising at Caterpillar Tractor Company, Peoria IL. Left for grad school--Came to Boston in '72 to work in a large property and casualty agency before going out on my own. 1987 started First Financial Resources as a founding principal.

Susan Kormis, principal, has over 20 years of experience in human resources and business management. Prior to starting SKA in 1995, she held management positions with large corporations, professional services firms and start-up organizations. Her experience includes working with small companies that have multi-state and international offices. Susan holds a BS degree from Drexel University, and received certification as a Professional Trainer from Friesen, Kaye and Associates.

As the newest member of the Clockwork team, David brings with him several years of office and project management experience. His responsibilities at Clockwork include working with clients to determine needs and goals in order to write accurate proposals and initial estimates, coordinating with vendors, getting competitive print bids, defining detailed project schedules to make sure every project arrives on time, and managing projects to stay on budget. David graduated from the University of Connecticut with degrees in Political Science and Sociology. Outside the office, he enjoys exploring New England with his wife, Kate, and their dog, Apollo, as well as working on his photography and building up his extensive hot sauce collection.
