Short Biography:
Attorney Philip Summers is a Partner concentrating his practice in the areas of elder law, probate and complex probate litigation such as will contests and actions against trustees and executors/administrators. When representing probate litigation clients, whether fiduciaries or beneficiaries, Attorney Summers seeks a prompt resolution to disputes. Most importantly he seeks to protect and advance our client's interests and rights. As an experienced litigator, he strives to make the legal process as smooth as possible for each individual client.
Attorney Summers is also accreditated for the preparation, presentation and prosecution of claims for veterans' benefits before the Department of Veterans Affairs.
His previous experience includes working in the Middlesex District Attorney's Office prosecuting criminal matters and various positions for Compaq Computer. Attorney Summers is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Massachusetts Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and Middlesex West Chamber of Commerce.
Attorney Summers earned his B.S. from Babson College, his M.B.A. at Boston University, and his J.D. from Massachusetts School of Law.
