I bring more than 30 years of experience in immigration law, with almost all of that time limited to business and employment based immigration. We specialize in high end problem solving, reprsenting company owners, Chief Executives, Key Managers and critical skilled individuals. I work closely with other business professionals to support the needs of international and high value businesses / employees.

I practice exlusively in all areas of immigration law, with a focus on employment-based immigration. I represent a wide range of clients, including multi-national corporations, health care clinics, technology and biotechnology companies and individuals sponsoring family members. The majority of my cases involve applications for legal permanent residency (green cards) based on employment and nonimmigrant working visas such as H-1Bs and L-1 intracompany transferees.
