Short Biography:

Van Smick has been a coach and mentor in the business world for over 5 years and a leader in branding and marketing communications for over 15 years. Currently he is the owner of a business coaching franchise from ActionCOACH Business Coaching. Prior to purchasing his franchise, Van ran two other businesses -- a telecommunications firm and a marketing coaching firm. Prior to becoming a business owner, Van spent 20 years in the corporate world â€“ working in high-tech (DEC) and telecomm industries (Bay Networks, Nortel Networks, Marconi PLC)
