Corporate Finance

I was born in New Jersey, but have lived most of my life in the Boston area. I have studied the Middle East and still maintain a strong interest in the region. I practiced law in prominent downtown law firms for 18 years. I have three great girls (who are all too old to be called girls)

I am an associate at Pabian & Russell, LLC, concentrating in the areas of immigration and corporate law. Received his Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law in 2008 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in the Chinese language and English from Union College in 2004. While at Villanova, I was the recipient of the 2008 Villanova University School of Law Dorothy Day Award for Community Service and was a founding member of the Philadelphia Immigration Raid Coalition. I also served as Vice-President and Secretary of the Pro Bono Society and participated in the Villanova Farmworker Legal Aid Clinic (FLAC). I am proficient in Mandarin Chinese and spent a semester studying in China at Nanjing Teachers University, and additionally studied international law at Beijing Normal University. I am admitted to practice before the bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. I am also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Boston Bar Association and the Massachusetts Immigrant & Refugee Advocacy Coalition.
